Refund Policy


Submit all inquires to support@kinskreativeprints.com. If your item can be fixed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return questions at support@kinskreativeprints.com.


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defected, damaged or if you received the wrong item. I will evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 48 hours to contact me after item is received. 

Due to the nature of the products being custom made, I do not offer refunds. If there is an issue please contact me within 48 hours to discuss if the items can be altered to fix the issue. This may be subject to an additional charge depending on what has to be done to the item. 

If the customer is deemed responsible for the damages, a refund is not warranted. If the delivery carrier is deemed responsible (after a case and investigation has been opened) Kins Kreative Prints will assume responsibility and replace the item. 

If the customer ordered the wrong item of a non-custom item, the customer can return the item. The customer will be responsible for the return item cost. A refund will not be granted until after the return item is received and in good condition. 

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges                                                                                                Because items are custom made, I do not accept exchanges. 

Refunds 
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
